CO2–extract of Hop

CO₂–extract of hop is a dense pasty liquid with a specific honeyed odour. The colour is from light-brown to black. The extract can be dissolved in alcohol or oils, but cannot in water. Extract of hop contains essential oils, organic acids, tocopherols, sterol, and carotinoids.
